Nate and I are headed out on tour for FOUR MONTHS! We are hoping to sublet our housing situation to someone(s) wonderful!
We are subletting the first floor of our home, which includes a large, light-filled first floor bedroom (lots of plants!), private bathroom with two sinks and a walk-in shower, a private office and an artist studio space. Our home is located just off Alberta St. in the Alameda neighborhood, and is within blocks of dozens of restaurants, coffee shops and parks.
We share this home with two wonderful humans (40+) and would love to sublet to an individual or couple who will respect the space and add to the awesomeness.
PRICE: $800/mo

REQUIREMENT: Due to our lease, you must go through a credit check and be added to our lease. A refundable deposit of $500 will be collected.

DATES: May 20- Sept 30 (We are flexible on dates - we have a guest bedroom and accommodate before and after our sublet dates if need be)
