I make art about SEX
Hi, I’m Eleanor. I’ve spent the last 20 years making art about sex. I am the artistic director of Dance Naked Creative, a sex-positive theater company. I believe stories are medicine, and that narratives about our erotic lives help heal shame and expand our consciousness. I create shows designed to educate and illuminate, and most importantly, entertain. I think humor is an absolute necessity when it comes to making shows that have an emotional impact. My mission is to encourage ongoing conversations and create a sense of possibility around intimacy. I believe theater is a highly effective form of propaganda (and dare I say, therapy?). And yes, I’m here to change the world, one vagina monologue at at time. 😋
